It's still not a threat.<br /><br />Further, as far as Hell goes, a Christian CAN'T threaten you with Hell, because it's not the Christian sending you there, but rather God. Though, for that matter, from God's perspective it's not Him sending you to Hell but you yourself, because you had ample warning and chose not to heed it.<br /><br />What's truly pointless is calling a warning a threat.
